With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, Colleen is the heart of SelectRE Boston’s operations. As Director of Operations & Transactions, she manages the flow of the office and keeps deals on track from start to finish — having coordinated transactions for as many as 28 agents at once.

Her strength lies in bringing structure and clarity to complex processes. Colleen anticipates challenges before they arise and ensures that nothing slips through the cracks, giving both clients and agents confidence that every detail is under control.
